Day 1Arrive in Sydney
Arrive at Sydney International Airport.

Your tour director will meet you upon arrival in Sydney. Enroute to your hotel enjoy an orientation tour of the city.
After checking in at your hotel relax or step out to further explore. Tonight enjoy a Welcome dinner with your fellow travellers.

Day 2Sydney: The Rocks, Harbour Cruise & Opera House Tour
Today enjoy a full day of touring one of the world's best cities. Tour includes a leisurely walk through the historical Rocks area, a luncheon cruise on the amazing Sydney Harbour and a Front of House tour of the famous Sydney Opera House.
After a fantastic day of sightseeing enjoy a sumptuous dinner at Meat & Wine Co. in Darling Harbour

Day 3Sydney: Free Day
Enjoy a free day to experience all Sydney has to offer. Perhaps join an optional sightseeing tour of Manly or Bondi Beach, or for an exhilarating experience climb the Sydney Harbour Bridge with Bridgeclimb (all at own expense).

Day 4Sydney - Canberra
Depart Sydney this morning for the nation's capital Canberra. Tour Canberra, visiting Parliament House, seeing the traditional architecture of the many embassies and consulates and visiting the moving Australian War Memorial.

Day 5Canberra - Goulburn: The Pelican Sheep Station
This morning enjoy a guided tour of Goulburn Sheep saleyards (Tuesday & Wednesday only). This afternoon visit the Big Merino complex and enjoy a "Bushies Lunch" at the historic Goulburn Brewery - Australia's oldest brewery. Arrive at pelican Sheep Station for a short tour and sheep shearing display.

Day 6Goulburn - Blue Mountains
Today journey from Canberra to the Blue Mountains and visit Scenic World, The Three Sisters and ride the Scenic Railway and the Sceniscender.

Day 7Blue Mountains - Hunter Valley
Depart the beautiful Blue Mountains to one of Australia's premium wine producing regions, the Hunter Valley. Experience the passion of wine making by attending the Hunter Valley Wine School, followed by boutique beer tasting at the Blue Tongue winery and finally sample boutique cheeses at the Hunter Valley Cheese Centre.

Day 8Hunter Valley - Tamworth
This morning depart the Hunter Valley and travel onwards to Tamworth, Australia's country music capital, where you may opt to visit the Golden Guitar Tourist Centre, or experience the Country Music Hall of Fame. Continue on to Glen Innes for the evening.

Day 9 & Day 10Tamworth - Gold Coast: Free Day
Today travel to Casino, one of Australia prime beef producing areas. Visit the local cattle breeders and then travel onwards to Australia's playground - The Gold Coast. Tonight enjoy dinner at the Ausralian Outback Spectacular Show.

This morning join an optional guided walk with one of Australia's national icons - the surf lifesaver (own expense) or choose to relax until we join a short tour of the famous Surfers Paradise area. This afternoon is your to enjoy at your leisure.

Day 11Gold Coast - Brisbane - Gympie
Leaving the Gold Coast area, we travel to Brisbane and enjoy a city sights tour of Brisbane before heading to the Sunshine Coast, visiting the Buderim Ginger Farm, a local cattle breeder and the famous Big Pineapple and Macadamia Nut Farm.

Day 12Brisbane - Lockenbar Station
Today travel to Krombit Park, Lockenbar Station, arriving late in the afternoon. This evening enjoy the experience of having a traditional Australian "camp oven" dinner.
