Welcome to the stunningly beautiful and romantic islands of French Polynesia.

Comprising 83 atolls and 35 islands, the popular and picture perfect Society Islands of Moorea, Bora Bora Huahine, Raiatea, Manihi and Tikehau with their jade green and turquoise waters will certainly impress. Offering the ultimate in luxury, this is what dreams are made of!

Tahiti

Tahiti

Tahiti is an interesting island and the bustling capital city of Papeete deserves much more than a quick stopover.

Due to late night arrivals and early morning departures, a stopover in Tahiti is often required if the outer islands is where you’re heading. If this is the case, why not allow an extra day or two to explore the city of Papeete. Shop, relax and enjoy the resort facilities or get out and about and discover the island’s diverse and spectacular sites.

Papeete is an interesting city to explore and getting around is easy with “Le Truck”. Basically a truck chassis with an open air shelter, there are literally hundreds of these vehicles providing an inexpensive and fun way to get around. Just signal the driver and they will stop – hop on, enjoy the ride and see the sights! The colourful and busy marketplace “Le Marche” is open daily and offers a wide variety of fresh produce, traditional art and handicrafts - a great place to purchase your holiday souvenirs. In the evening, be sure to venture out to dine at the local patisseries, pizzerias, cafés and restaurants. The popular “Les Roulettes” (mobile diners) located on the waterfront are the most inexpensive place to eat and provide a diversity of well priced meals.

Outside of Papeete, Tahiti offers a great variety of sites and places to explore. If you’re energetic, the islands rugged interior offers excellent hiking with mountainous peaks, valleys and waterfalls. Art lovers should not miss the Paul Gauguin Museum with a large range of original creations from the world renowned painter are on display

Moorea

Just 17 kilometres from Tahiti lies Moorea, the closest and most easily accessible island to Tahiti. Moorea’s scenic beauty and carefree lifestyle makes this a popular holiday destination.

Choose to relax on the white sand beaches, swim and snorkel in turquoise lagoons rich with marine life. Add to this, little restaurants and chic villages and you’ll have everything you’ll need for an exotic and relaxing island retreat.

Moorea offers a wide range of accommodation options from self catering bungalows to large resorts. Whether it’s a romantic break away or a family vacation there’s a hotel or resort to suit your needs. For that special occasion or if you’re simply wanting to experience the “crème de la crème” option choose an overwater bungalow - just perfect!

As for things to do, Moorea offers a myriad of activities. For the adventurous a motu excursion with shark and ray feeding is a must! Savour sweet and juicy pineapples direct from the plantation or hire a bike and cycle around the island.

Discover, explore and experience – Moorea awaits you!

Bora Bora

The view from the air on arrival alone is well worth the trip. As Bora Bora comes into view you realise that all you have seen, heard and dreamed about is absolutely true.

The most stunning lagoon with an amazing range of every shade of blue, aqua and turquoise is absolutely breathtaking. Contrasting beautifully and taking centre stage is Mount Otemanu with its lush green high volcanic peaks rising sharply from the sea.

Catering from smaller boutique style resorts to the truly unique and luxurious with first class personal service, Bora Bora will cater to your every whim and desire. If you have not yet been lucky enough to experience an overwater bungalow, we seriously suggest you consider this “once in a lifetime” experience. There is nothing quite like waking to the gentle sound of lagoon waters lapping underneath your bungalow, and being able to jump straight into the lagoon from your private balcony.

Believe it or not, Bora Bora is actually more beautiful than the postcards.

Raiatea & Huahine

Are you are looking for a destination off the beaten track where you can relax, unwind and get away from the crowds?

You’ll find taking the opportunity to travel to these lesser known Tahitian Islands a rewarding experience that will surprise and delight you!

Raiatea will charm you with Polynesia mythology, waterfalls, fertile valleys and adventure. This is the second largest island in Tahiti with its lush green valleys, pineapple plantations and archaeological relics, there is so much to discover. While Raiatea does not have beaches as such, you can access the surrounding motus which have beautiful white sand beaches and snorkelling areas. The island is designed to be explored, so why not hire a bike and roam the island at your leisure.

Untouched and picturesque, Huahine offers an immense amount of history and plenty of historical sites. The surrounding clear blue waters are superb. Why not relax and unwind on a palm fringed white sand beach, take a dip in the pristine waters, enjoy great snorkelling or try a spot of fishing. Discover the island on the very scenic, mostly unsealed road offering you beautiful vistas over the surrounding islands and pass through small villages where the friendly locals live in their colourful yet modest homes

Manihi & Tikehau

If you’re looking to “really” get away from it all, love the beach and enjoy water activities then the pristine atolls of Manihi and Tikehau in the Tuamotu Island group will be perfect for you!

Experience the uniqueness of being on an atoll. As there is no interior, your days will be spent lazing on the beach, swimming and snorkelling in the turquoise waters of the lagoon.

Manihi is a small remote hideaway and the centre of Tahiti’s black pearl farms. There are only 450 inhabitants on the island so privacy is assured. The lagoon has an amazing array of colourful fish so enjoy snorkelling amongst them, lazing in the sun with a good book, visiting one of the pearl farms or take a picnic to a neighbouring deserted island - just perfect! For the adventurous a diving or snorkelling excursion amongst sharks and manta rays is a must!

Tikehau is one of the most beautiful atolls in French Polynesia and forms an almost unbroken circle 16 miles across - it’s a truly unique sight. Jacques Cousteau made a study of the Polynesian atolls in 1987 and declared the lagoon of Tikehau to contain the most fish! With its white sand beaches and azure waters it offers a stunning vista and is a great place to experience one of the many excursions that are centred around the lagoon. So, with privacy and seclusion guaranteed, just sit back, relax on the beach with a tropical cocktail or sample the many lagoon style activities on offer
