I was not sure where to send this so I am hoping you can redirect it to the correct person/department.
I have had cause to use Anderson for Australia FIT back in Jan 2009 and again as recent as this month. I have been dealing with Vasil and his commitment to superior customer service is about the best I have seen in my 12 years as an agent. He is always available and patient(even when I am not..)and he has built itineraries and changed them and redone them to make sure our mutual clients get EXACTLY what they want.
We are all to quick to complain over poor service but I really felt it was necessary to give some well deserved credit where it is due. Vasils commitment to superior customer service is what makes me keep coming back. He is already starting to work on another package for me for more clients wishing to travel in 2010 and I know it will be exactly what they want because he is handling it.
I hope you pass this along to whomever needs to see it to be sure Vasil gets the positive feedback.

Just to let you know, my mom and I are having a great time. I highly recommend Halifax as a vacation destination. I will have to come back when there is more time. The Lord Nelson is an excellent place to stay. You can safely recommend it to other travellers as the service is very good. It is close to a lot of attractions in the city. Halifax is best seen on foot. I would not attempt to drive here as it is very hilly. Pedestrians are everywhere. It is a very busy place. That is part of its charm for me.
