Notes:

• Each session is 60 minutes in length, and focuses on a specific topic/product line
• Attendees will require a computer with internet access, and a telephone line
• In addition to the on-line presentation, a toll free conference call will also occur
• Attendance is completely FREE, no software downloads required
• A maximum of 15 participants per session allowed, so be sure to register early!
• Upon registration, you will be emailed the Meeting Code and Password as confirmation

• Commissions Paid within 14 days of Departure – Anderson Vacations adheres to a strict commission payment schedule within our accounting department. We strive to be an industry leader in the payment and delivery of every commission cheque earned by any travel professional, regardless of membership, association, or affiliation.
  
  
• Block Space Allotments - We have block space arrangements with over 370 hotels across Canada and thousands in the South Pacific, and free sell agreements with our transportation providers where necessary. This means you have a much better chance of securing space through Anderson than going direct to the hotels. Also, we negotiate wholesale contracts directly with each hotel supplier we work with, and thus are able to offer the best rates available in the industry – up to 20% off regular rack rates.
  
  
• Specialist Expertise – Specialist Expertise – Our primary focus is Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific – and our staff’s knowledge and experience of these great country! We are known and respected in the Canadian market for our specialist knowledge on these destinations. If you receive a question that you don’t know the answer to – contact our Specialists, and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.
  
  
• Custom Itinerary Planning – Leave the planning to our Specialists! If you have a request for a vacation within Canada – be it a couple of lovebirds wanting to visit Niagara Falls for their anniversary, or a group of seniors wanting a tour around the Arctic Circle – our specialists have the knowledge and expertise to create the perfect package for your clients. • Real Time/ Online Booking – Travel industry leading web-based reservations system, Anderson Vacations prides itself on our real-time, live inventory booking tool. • Electronic Voucher System - All trip documentation is provided electronically and distributed via email (fax or mailed copies available upon request). Vouchers are produced for each vacation package item (hotel, car rental, rail ticket, attraction pass, etc), and client must exchange voucher at point of sale in order to receive admission into attraction, check in at hotel, etc.
  
  
• 24 hour Emergency Telephone Line – Piece of mind is very important, both for travelers and their travel agents. Rest assured that your clients will be well taken care of while on vacation. If anything should happen to your clients while on tour, Anderson Vacations provides all clients with a 24hr emergency telephone number that they can call, and one of our Canada & Downunder Specialists will be able to assist them – any time of day!
